How do they do this…?
Mireille Boom is the Sales + Creative director at Bona Bista Island Resort B.V. on Bonaire of which Roald Boom is the director and creator of Bona Bista Island Estate.
Side by side they are designing and building modern luxury smart homes by developing the second phase of Bona Bista Island Estate, called Pure36, which consists of 36 modern, minimalistic, luxury smart homes, that are pushing the boundaries of housing into a new way of “L.I.F.E” (Living Intelligently with Food + Energy)
These smart homes represent new frontiers, demonstrating the new way of life and serve as prototypes, that help motivate, both short- and long-term movements of deep, positive and lasting change.
They set a whole new standard and demonstrate how they can integrate new smart technologies into their daily way of life and create sustainable, integral and socially responsible solutions.
Together they are introducing these new ways of living, that appeals to people who are ready to make this imperative change, in their way of housing, living and consuming.
Their goal is to keep pushing the boundaries of these new ways of living, by initiating systemic change, and by demonstrating that change through real life application.
