40 over 40 Studio Photo Session $800,- (EARLY BIRD $750,-)

Your photo-shoot experience includes your first digital magazine style cover shot
and you can choose to upgrade to a printed wall portrait as well as purchase additionally all the images you adore to showcase them in a luxurious keepsake.
The fee also covers an online zoom consultation, communication, outfit advise and shopping support.
We’ll talk about how you love to be photographed as well as options how you might dream of presenting your portraits and I assist you in finding the right print product, becoming the statement piece of your home.
I’ll be designing your shoot and you receive access to my studio wardrobe. No photo-shoot experience is needed, -
I’ll guide and direct you through posing and expressions so you can relax and enjoy the journey.
After your photo session experience we schedule another zoom meeting for your image reveal with a hand picked
pre-selection of the best images and I offer assistance to select the ones you love.
I personally not only edit but carefully hand retouch your portraits to my highest standards.

What are Add-On's?
- Hair and make up is an add on service,- this way you can choose the artist of your trust, prices vary per artist.
- Other beauty treatment you would like to schedule, such as facials, waxing, nails, massages etc. are add- on services.
- Additional images or product, such as a luxurious keepsake or wall prints.
What is the YOU & BGF option?
Based on the principle of shared fun is double fun, you can include your best girl friend to share the experience,
means you get to go through the process together from consultation to reveal.
Price is per person and each one of you gets her won cover shot.
What is a magazine style cover shot/ image?
The price includes the first digital magazine style cover shoot, this means the background of the 40 over 40 campaign will have a fashion grey color grading due to the lighting. The posing is usually front on and a 3/4 body length crop.
Is the outfit included?
While participants have access to my basic studio wardrobe, my experience has shown that some women like to bring their own outfit(s), enjoy going shopping for the shoot, or sometimes we combine items of have with what you have.
What if I want more photographs?
It is of course possible to add on more digital images. The campaign price for additional images is $350,- per portrait.
Where is the shoot taking place?
The studio photoshoot is in my private studio in Republiek.
There are two air-conditioned rooms, one shooing space and one office room that serves as well as a changing room. There is a bathroom and parking on the roadside. Please wear flats not to ruin your heels, since you will need to walk over the typical white gravel.
When are the shoots?
The 40 over 40 campaign is planned between May and August. In general, some flexibility is possible and appointments will be scheduled on an individual basis based on availability. Photoshoots are scheduled to start 9:30/10:00 in the morning. The participant arrives with hair and make up done/ready at the studio. This means professional HMU needs to be scheduled early with the artists of your choice.
Rescheduling?
Rescheduling can happen. For the photo-shoot a 7 day in advance re-scheduling is at no cost. Less than this, a non-refundable rescheduling fee of $150,- applies. Force majeure (like hurricane, extreme flooding, shut downs due to pandemic, illness or electricity failure at the studio are at no cost for both parties, the client and the photographer)
For HMU artists or other beauty services re-scheduling conditions vary per artist and need to be communicated with the artist directly, booking ad on services are separate from the photoshoot conditions.
Down-payment and payment options?
50% non-refundable down-payment secures your spot and participation. This is due within 5 days after invoicing.
Payments are accepted as online payments. Fees for international banking are the responsibility of the client.
For cash-payments a 10% processing fee applies. Prices are excluding 6% ABB tax.
Delivery time?
The retouching time varies depending on the amount of images. Normally about 2-4 weeks after your rest-payment you receive your image. In case you add on more portraits, the retouching time is accordingly longer.
In case you add on print products, the delivery takes an additionally 4-8 weeks since the products are hand-crafted in Italy and shipped to Bonaire. In case of force majeure the delivery time of digital or print products can't be estimated.
