WHAT HAPPENED TO...

Am i the only one who is wondering, what happened to the attitude of presenting nothing less than the very best possible image of yourself when applying for work? I remember the times, when you had your very best photograph taken, dressed well and made up appropriately to add that Portrait on top of your CV, which inevitably will be looked at and be a "top or hop" judge.

Having grown out of employment into self employment myself, i notice countless images passing by of entrepreneurs, business owners and public figures just to mention some, that are barely living up to the standards of a fairly good CV portraits. Help me understand...because, when you are in business, you represent your service, the quality of your work and your brand... you are your brand! ... wouldn't you consequently show yourself in the greatest possible light?
